This authentic hand-painted papyrus depicts the Sacred Scarab (Khepri), one of the most powerful symbols of Ancient Egypt. Representing rebirth, transformation, and divine protection, the scarab was associated with Khepri, the solar deity of dawn who rolled the sun across the sky each day.
The scarab was believed to protect against negative forces, bring good fortune, and guide the soul through cycles of renewal. Its connection to the solar disk embodies eternal life, cosmic order, and the light that conquers darkness.
Papyrus, the earliest form of paper, was invented in Ancient Egypt from the Cyperus papyrus plant along the Nile. Each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted by Egyptian artisans, preserving millennia of tradition. A certificate of authenticity is included with every artwork.
